Edge Trim Material Handling

In this Material Handling installation, we expedited the development and delivery of two fans for emergency production of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), specifically medical masks, to help meet increased demand during the Covid-19 pandemic.

These material handling fans were among the first to ship with our new Gold Standard Warranty, which guarantees reliability for 3 years on every product we design and manufacture.

Used to convey and exhaust edge trim particles from the mask material, this design included custom color, radial blades, a backplate, and gussets for additional support and strength.
